Jodi Stafford is a high school Ag Science teacher in a desperate struggle to save her ailing family farm from the hands of developers. DBM Films is very excited to announce our latest feature film, Cream of the Crop, premiering this upcoming May at the Senator Theater in Baltimore and two additional screenings at the Milburn Stone Theatre in Cecil County. Starring Ben Davies, Brittney Goodwin and an all star supporting cast the film is directed by Douglas B. Maddox and written by JoAnn S. Dawson both natives of Maryland. The story revolves around a young woman determined to save her family farm from foreclosure. The script features drama, romance, action, and themes about family, second chances, and farm awareness. This film is a great way to welcome summer and a return to in-person theater screenings. The premiere event will include food, raffles, a great film, and even better, people.
