This class is designed for those who want to learn more about tasting and making wine but are not sure if they want to start making wine themselves. We will discuss ingredients, equipment, techniques, as well as taste different wines and discuss why they taste the way they do. After attending you will be armed with a wealth of knowledge that will surely impress your friends at dinner! This class runs about 90 minutes.
