*Pickup truck (open-top) and valid driver's license required * This is a permanent/long-term position and a fantastic opportunity to earn extra money to reach your financial goals. WORK DAYS CAN BE ARRANGED - We have available: Mon / Tues / Wed / Thurs Pickup of residents' trash bags and delivering them to the compactor. The job involves an average of 1.5 to 3 hours per day, depending on how fast you work: * Pick up bags and put them in your truck (all ground level and elevator access) * Drive bags to the on-site compactor and put bags in compactor * Run the compactor until clear and clean up any spills we leave nearby * Take photos of any on-site issues and send them to our staff via phone/web * Have good work ethic * Have respectful attitude toward residents and work associates Established company of 10 years, successful because we offer SUPERIOR valet trash service at a reasonable price. PAID HOLIDAYS if service falls on a holiday + holiday bonuses for good workers PLEASE READ - YOU SHOULD: * Be able to commute to the location - near Hazeltine National Dr. @ S. Goldenrod Rd. * Be available to work 6am to approximately 7:30-8:30 a.m. * Be over 18 years of age * Have excellent customer service attitude * Be on site every service night - dependability is a MUST * Provide backup personnel in the event of emergency or vacation * Have a mobile phone to take photos - photo reports are part of the job * HAVE A PICKUP TRUCK * Be detailed so that we don't miss bags * Be able to work efficiently without supervision, at your own pace * Enjoy working outside - work RAIN or SHINE, in all weather (unless conditions are deemed dangerous by company and property staff) - YOU ARE PAID EVEN WHEN SERVICE IS CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER * Be able to lift 50-70 lbs (and be able to climb stairs if necessary) ---------------- PAY: $87/day for Mondays $60-70/day for Tues/Wed/Thurs Paid weekly for approximately 1.5-3 hours of work, depending on your speed. We will need qualified candidates to try out the position and be able to start soon. Great for anyone who would like a great side gig that provides good money, exercise and fresh air.
