Tracy will tell us about the instructor-led workshops designed to help us create beautiful one-of-a-kind décor. Perfect for Easter decorations! We will also be discussing an important health topic, especially for women. Have you ever heard of the importance of being good to your pelvis? We will find out more with our speaker Claire Schott PT, DPT with NOLA Pelvic Health. If you have had children, suffer from constipation, or are overweight, this topic is one you don't want to miss! Pelvic floor therapy is crucially important for the health of our internal organs. If your pelvic floor muscles are not functioning well, internal organs will lack full support and cause a whole host of problem. We will find out more about maintaining pelvic health and exercises designed to improve your muscle tone. In addition they improve your brain connection to these muscles. Who knew!?
