You will be led through an energy healing guided meditation to activate your inner healer & cleanse + revitalize your energy- Mind*Body*Soul. From a grounded and heart-centered state, you will then explore your visions and intentions for personal growth and development. You will be supported to identify any stories or limiting beliefs you may be carrying, and you will create your own customized affirmations to help you to rewrite any narratives you discover are no longer your truth and do not support your path forward. This will help you further align your intentions to become manifest in the physical world. Your affirmations will then become your Sankalpa, as you experience a beautiful Yoga Nidra practice to integrate and anchor your healing work and new intentions into your physical body.
