Dinner 4 of the Omnivore Series will continue to focus on pairing meats and mushrooms.
For this Dinner chef Keith will continue to marry meat and mushrooms in unique ways. This will be a four course meal, that will explore classic French preparation with rich classic flavors. Each course will focus on how different species of mushrooms pair with a variety of proteins. Ending with a decadent desert sure to please.
Talk with Dunk and Keith throughout the night about growing, cooking, foraging and all kinds of fungus fun.
This is a BYOB event.
