Join us the weekend of May 14th for the 2022 Prime Cuts Retreat! Get ready to celebrate the history of Texas' livestock industry while having a blast with your teammates on the original brick roads of the Stockyards in Fort Worth, Texas. Teammates who earned 200+ Prime Cuts points in 2021 are invited to a Saturday-night stay (May 14th) with Saturday's lunch & dinner, Sunday's breakfast & lunch, and a ton of fun ready to be unleashed at no cost to them. Teammates who earned 325+ points receive all of the rewards listed above, along with an additional Friday-night stay, complimentary dinner and entertainment on Friday night, and breakfast on Saturday. *RSVP DEADLINE: MARCH 15, 2022.EVENT DETAILS:Guests: Beef Team members who accumulated 200+ Prime Cuts points in 2021 are welcome to join us for the weekend. Members with less than 200 points are not invited to attend. Guest Rooms: Each member will be required to share a room - a minimum of 2 teammates are required per guestroom, to a maximum of 4. Couples who have both earned 200+ points will share a guestroom with a single bed. Non-couples will share a room with 2 separate beds.  *If you have concerns about COVID-19, we recommend finding a roommate you can feel comfortable rooming with. Reach out with any specific concerns or requests. Staff is continuing to monitor the state of COVID19 and postponement or cancellation remains a possibility. Extended Weekend: 1) Level 6+ winners (with 325+ Prime Cuts points) receive an extra Friday-night stay with dinner on Friday night and breakfast on Saturday morning at no cost to them. 2) Level 5 winners (with 200-320 points) have the option to extend their stay for a fee of $209 per room with 2 guests, and an additional $20 fee for each additional guest (e.g., 4 guests = $249). This fee includes Friday-night accommodation, taxes, and processing fees. Friday-night dinner and Saturday-morning breakfast may be purchased separately. An additional Eventbrite invitation to purchase the extra night will be delivered after the RSVP deadline (March 15) to anyone who indicates interest on this form.  FAQsCan I update my registration information? Yes, please contact the Texas Beef Council with any updates you have to your registration.  Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? No, please do not offer your spot to anyone. If your plans change and you are no longer able to attend, please  contact the Texas Beef Council to request an alternate plan.   How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
