Spaying and Nuetering cats that don't belong to you or need to be fix!

P Street near 35th & 37th, Vancouver WA

I just want to put it out there that, their is someone in the neighborhood of Rose Village right near 35th and P street that is taking peoples cats and fixing them. Then setting them free. Although I don't think that's a bad idea for strays and keeping up with the over population I do have a problem with people taking other peoples animals and not making sure they aren't already neutered or spayed before you take them! My cat was taken from outside the back of my house in the alley way on March 9th around 10am. He came back today with an incision on his belly and a green mark on it! That's right I did say "HE" and get this he's been neutered already!! I mean who does this? Who takes someone's cat without making sure it's a stray? Seriously and then even more heinous cuts into it like it's a female when it's clearly a male who's already fixed!!. I am LIVID my poor baby is lethargic and has been traumatized for no reason other then some straight up pigheaded person, thinking they are doing right by fixing animals who are already fixed and NOT FEMALE|!!!!
