Chester County Distirct Attorney Deb Ryan said Ricky Lowe, 25, of Philadelphia, was his with a 14 to 32 year-prison sentence for selling a fatal dose of fentanyl to 32-year-old Alanna Holt, of the Malvern section of Tredyffrin Township, on Nov. 2.
