ROCHESTER, NH — Police in Rochester are asking for the public's help finding a transient woman who has been missing for nearly three weeks. Kimberly Blanchard is 38, about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, and weighs around 150 lbs. She has brown eyes and reddish-auburn hair. She was last seen on June 6.
