Hiring Requirements: High school or equivalent (Preferred) 18 Years or older (Mandatory) Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Construction/Maintenance (Preferred) Driver's License (Mandatory) You MUST HAVE YOUR OWN (RELIABLE) Equipment and tools needed to perform your job properly and efficiently (Mandatory) Reliable Transportation US work authorization (Preferred) You MUST be courteous and respectful to ALL customers and to their property *Must be capable of working outside with changing working conditions You must have a smart phone in order to send and receive info and pictures of upcoming and completed work Job responsibilities with the lawn maintenance crew are listed below: *Mowing, edging, weed eating, clean up (basic lawn maintenance) *Pine straw and mulch installation *Seasonal flower bed installation *Shrub pruning and clean up *Pulling and spraying weeds *Fall leaf clean up Job responsibilities with home repair are listed below: Carpentry Paint (Sheetrock and finish) Plumbing Electrical Pressure Washing Trash Removal Wooden and Chain link Fences House cleaning The following are characteristics we are looking for: *Integrity *Honesty *Dependable *Strong work ethic *Attention to detail *Must be a team player *Flexibility Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay (Terms and conditions apply) Signing bonus (Terms and conditions apply) COVID-19 considerations: Masks aren't mandatory Masks can be worn if chosen
