Skilled Handyperson/contractor needed

Local Experienced Real Estate Investor looking for a skilled Handypersons/contractors (prefer someone with a small crew) to complete a basic remodel of our two homes in Kalamazoo (under 1000 sq ft) and Battle Creek (1400+ sq). Looking to hire like yesterday!! Jobs mainly consist of Alot of cosmetic and straightforward work (no taking down walls etc) Patching(Battle creek house has plaster) Drywall Painting Interior- both houses Painting Exterior possibly- BC house (brick) Flooring: BC house: Vinyl plank, Kzoo house: ??? TBD but possibly sand and refinish some hardwood Bathroom/Kitchen remodel: both houses total demo and re-install -same configuration Repairs where necessary both houses Miscellaneous both houses Cleaning Small deck on BC house Would like to have Kalamazoo house finished and on the market by first part of April if possible and the Battle Creek house timeframe listed by mid May, if possible. And then on to other homes if you are up for the challenge. Looking for Self Starters and Winners!! Whiners need not apply! Must have ALL tools necessary for the jobs. Own insured, dependable truck/van/suv. We pay by the JOB only!! NO HOURLY pay. Will accept quotes. We buy all materials.
