We are honored to be cooking alongside Dano & Bethany Heinze of Vern's for a two day brunch mashup on March 19th & 20th. Vern's is an upcoming neighborhood bistro moving into Elliottborough in downtown Charleston this year. The restaurant will transition into a light-filled dining room during weekend brunch, offering a variety of shareable plates inspired by timeless American classics. Influenced by their time in California, owners Bethany & Dano aim to brighten up familiar dishes paired with frothy low-ABV cocktails and natural wine. Reservations can be made through Resy.
