URI College of Nursing: DISTINGUISHED LECTURE SERIES The University of Rhode Island COLLEGE OF NURSING proudly welcomes Dr. Ernest Grant, President of the American Nurses Association, on April 20, 2022 to deliver this semester's distinguished lecture. Dr. Grant will speak about the critical role nurses continue to play in the country's health care during his presentation, "The Future of Nursing: Leadership, Advocacy and Activism in Action." Join us for a reception with Dr. Grant at 4:00 pm in the River View Lounge; lecture will take place immediately following at 5:00 in the auditorium (Room 308).
