MANASSAS, VA — Police filed charges against a man accused of sex trafficking in Manassas. Police claimed that Jeremy Scott Stull solicited a teenage girl from December 2019 to October 2021.
The Prince William County Police Department concluded their investigation into Stull on Thursday. Authorities said that Stull is related to the girl he trafficked. They said that the girl was between 15 and 16 years old during the incidents.
Police said Stull solicited sexual acts from the victim in exchange for money. Stull solicited the victim on more than one occasion, the police department wrote in a report.
Another family learned of the incidents recently. They contacted the police department, which opened an investigation.
The Special Victims Unit finished their investigation and arrested Stull on Thursday. He is charged with two counts of solicitation of a minor, one count of sex trafficking, and one count of
production of child pornography.
He is being held without bond and his court date is pending.
