Press release from Arlington Public Schools: 2022-03-11 Superintendent's Announcements English Learner Update The Board approved the following items: Appointment: The School Board appointed Mark McLaughlin as the Director of Finance, Department of Finance and Management Services. McLaughlin is currently the Senior Manager, Grants, Contracts and Compliance, American Association for the Advancement of Science. His appointment begins March 14. Information Items: The Board discussed the following items. Next School Board Meeting: The School Board will hold its next regular meeting (2110 Washington Blvd.) on Thu., March 24 at 7 p.m. The agenda will be posted one week before the meeting on BoardDocs. Masks are required in Board Meetings until further notice.
