11 month old lilac siamese cat

I am looking for wonderful loving home for 11 month old lilac point siamese cat. He is neutered and front declawed,very loving and affectionate, still playful, never had fleas or not used the litterbox. Why am I rehoming him ? He needs to be the only cat. He is bullying my other cat. He is not aggressive with people, even children, he is loving. But he chases and gets on top of and bites my other cat. I thought when I had him neutered(my other male cat is also) he would stop this behavior, but he hasn't. I had my other cat first and don't want him to continue to be treated this way, so I need to rehome Dexter. ( Dexter James when he is in trouble.) He will be free to the right loving home.
