We are looking for a woman who wants to make a difference in the lives of others and is dependable and loves to learn. Looking for a night shift help with our disabled daughter. She is a young adult developmentally disabled woman who lives with her parents. Duties include: take her to the toilet twice a night and check on her throughout the night to be sure that she is sleeping. While she sleeps, you will do some quiet, housework including cleaning kitchen, sweeping other rooms, doing dishes, and laundry. Work Schedule: Sunday through Thursday night: 11-4AM $22/hour About you: Non-smoker (of any kind) Looking for someone who is caring and flexible option to pick up other shifts and additional if desired Comfortable with providing personal care Comfortable with communicating with the family Able to pay attention to our daughter’s needs About us: Quiet, loving family who cares for our daughter and for all who live in our home We live by the Mi Casa, Tu Casa ideal because we want all our caregivers to feel that they are at home too. Mom and Dad will be home during your shift, always available if you need us, but mostly, we’ll be sleeping. We have a service dog who is loving and well behaved. He will also be sleeping during your work hours and won’t require anything from you. He will be a great security dog for you though (although we live in a very safe neighborhood.) We are not vegetarian, but are veggie friendly.
