Press release from the City of Austin: March 10, 2022 The Planning Commission working group tasked to review and propose Vertical Mixed Use (VMU) density bonus program amendments is hosting a virtual community listening session on Wednesday, March 16 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. This meeting is an opportunity for the public to share feedback to inform current and future work of the working group members and Planning Commission about the VMUs. The goal of the listening session is to hear from key stakeholders and community members to amend the VMU density bonus program. The public is encouraged to share the meeting information with anyone from the community who would like to be a part of this conversation.
