Hey! I am flexible on hours, I'll take what I can get! I have some cash to hire some help on my property in Mountlake Terrace to get a bunch of remodeling done. Please, you must have transportation, a cell phone and good communication skills. No tools necessary. Construction experience is not necessary but can be helpful. I am not looking for a sub-contractor to bid work out to. This is a position for an hourly employee, run through my business. I have been a general contractor in the industry for many years. The communication and ability to manage your time is very important to me. Please keep in mind, flakiness is very difficult for me to put up with very long. If you are not flaky, we will get along fantastically and have a ton of fun getting some work done and making $$.
