CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court. Naomi Adam, 40, of Lower Loop Road in Campton on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Hill Road in Franklin on Nov. 2, 2021. Jeffrey Ahrent, 36, of Loudon, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on reckless conduct-domestic violence and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of racking a shotgun while another person was in the same room on Dec. 12, 2021, in Loudon. Steven Anctil, 37, of Morrison Road in Sanbornton on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 22, 2021, in Franklin. Angus Anderson, 39, of School Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-a parafluorofentanyl and fentanyl mix on Dec. 5, 2021, in Franklin. Matthew Andersen, 44, of Elm Street in Boscawen on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, methamphetamine and fentanyl, charges in Concord on Nov. 12, 2021. Tonya A. Ano, 39, of Chestnut Street in Franklin on a felony theft of services charge. She was accused of stiffing a cab driver in Concord on June 13, 2021. Twice before, according to the indictment, she was previously convicted on theft charges. James Barrett, 26, of Brewster Road in Barnstead on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of taking control of a Mazda owned by a Concord resident and drove it to Maine on May 22, 2021. Bakir Bascelic, 25, of Loudon Road in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 19, 2021, in Concord. Garrett Beck, 28, of Chestnut Street in Pittsfield on four felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling and blocking the victim's nose and mouth so she could not breathe repeatedly on Dec. 4, 2021, in Pittsfield. Glen Blodgett Jr., 55, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Dec. 8, 2021, in Concord.
