Press release from Skyline College: coor March 10, 2022 Students, classified staff and faculty are all invited to join a virtual book club reading In the Country: Stories, by Mia Alvar. We'll meet three times in Spring to enjoy this highly acclaimed book of short stories, whose themes are centered on the FilipinX diaspora. While this is a non-academic book club, faculty are welcome to offer extra credit to students who join. The first meeting will take place the week of March 21; more details will follow shortly.
