Handyman needed for small motel

We are searching for a handyman to perform basic duties at a small motel. Duties may include keeping the beach nice, emptying trash cans, light-duty repairs in rooms as needed such as changing light bulbs, investigating guest issues as they arrive, seasonally touch-up paint, and general appearance of rooms, along with keeping curbside appeal for the property. This is a very independent position, you must be able to work well on your own and address issues as they arise. Hours are very negotiable, but it is required to be here 5 days per week. Must have dependable transportation, housing is not included.
