PITTSBURGH, PA — The Steelers search for a new quarterback could lead them to Miami, where Dolphins quarterback Jacoby Brissett is set to become a free agent. The Steelers are considering Brissett as a candidate to succeed Ben Roethlisberger, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported. Roethlisberger recently retired after 18 years with the team. Brissett last year was the backup to Dolphins starter Tua Tagovailoa. He was a third-round draft pick of the New England Patriots in 2016, then traded after his rookie season to the Indianapolis Colts. He was the primary starter there in 2017 and 2019.
