If both you and your spouse are in agreement about divorcing and agree to all of the terms of the divorce, including any issues regarding custody or support, you can likely be divorced within a few months. The time it takes to complete the process is much faster than a traditional divorce and normally takes 3-4 months vs 2+ years.
