Handyman for light plumbing and electrical need tall ladder

I have several small projects that need to be done around the house. All simple jobs but for the one outside task you will need a tall ladder (20ft +). We are locate in East Memphis off Mt. Moriah across from the Fox Meadow Golf course. Outside: The gutter on the 2nd story is falling down and I need some to tack it back up. Electrical: Take down the old ceiling fan and install a new one Plumbing - Kitchen install a new garbage disposal install a new Delta faucet - Bath 1 unclog the tub install new shower knobs - Bath 2 install new shower knobs If you are interested in this project please give me an estimated labor cost and let me know what day you can come do it.
