At our workshop we`ll be going over different ways of dealing with a bully 👊 But you don`t have to wait for the workshop, here are some tips on how to deal with it: ✅ Ignore the bully (They like responses, don`t give them the satisfaction) ✅ Stand up for yourself - if the bully won`t let you walk away, be verbal and shout "NO! STOP" ✅ Don`t show them you are angry (count backwards from 100 in your head) ✅ Tell an Adult! ✅LEARN BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU (THE MOST EFFECTIVE MARTIAL ART WHERE LEVERAGE IS KEY, NOT SIZE) Join us on March 26th so we can show your kids other ways to handle bullying 👊
