The Midwest Draft Horse Classic is one of North America’s premier draft horse events! Top horses and teamsters from around North American come to Shipshewana, IN to compete for two days in hitch classes, including the North American Six Horse Hitch Classic Series, and horse pulls. It is certainly an event you do not want to miss if you are a draft horse enthusiast! Our mission is to promote draft horses to the public, especially non-horse people and youth, in order to ensure the education and preservation of the tradition and history of Draft Horses.
