When it comes to weight loss or even maintaining your goal weight, most of us regress due to the lack of meal preparation we include in our regimen every week. Meal prep is the best way to keep track of what your eating, how much you’re eating, and what you’re spending on food. Alone, meal prepping can take up to 4-5 hours but with with our demos and a relaxing glass of wine, we can make meal prep easier and more fun.
