Restorative movement, breathing techniques, and guided meditation blended with aromatherapy and meditative sounds
We'll dive deep into diaphragmatic breathing exercises paired with guided stretches, intentions, and mindfulness. All meant to soothe the nervous system, restore balance, reduce anxiety, and increase lung capacity.
Aromatherapy will include burning: incense, candles, sage, lavender, rose petals, and palo santo wood.
Bring a mug or tumbler for tea, a yoga mat, a journal, and wear comfortable clothes and socks.
