Press release from the City of Concord: June 14, 2020 With phase 1 construction of the new riverfront park beginning on Monday, June 15, the Parks and Recreation Department closed Terrill Park on Sunday, June 14. It will remain closed until later this summer. This affects access to the Dog Park, parking area, walking trails, and other public access to the park.
