Inspection/estimate on trailer repair in south central IA

Looking for someone to inspect and give an estimate on repairing a trailer. Has water damage, flooring rotten in several places, bathroom vent doesn't work and ceiling is molding, duct work was removed when some parts of the floor were replaced, heater doesn't work, floor below kitchen sick is damaged to the point there is a hole in it, same for bathroom. Walking path of bathroom has had another layer of plywood put down, but it feels like shower is going to fall through the floor. Kitchen window leaks, drywall around it is gone, counter around sink equally destroyed. SMH
