Help for my sister in Europe! Freezing temperatures-no heat

Hello, With insane electricity costs and skyrocketing natural gas prices, my sister in Europe has told me they are freezing inside their home, as they cannot afford to heat it. She has no fireplace otherwise she would be able to burn wood in there. Is there someone who knows what she can do to heat up her home via a tiny wood stove (such as what they use in campers, RV's, etc...). At this point she could care less whether or not the government approves of such, she is only interested in keeping herself and her kids warm (safest way possible).
