CONCORD, NH — Brendan McGarry, born 1981, of Croydon received a summons at 8:45 a.m. on Nov. 21, 2020, on criminal trespass and loitering or prowling charges after an incident on Penacook Street in Concord. Alexander Wayne Blodgett, 34, of Concord was arrested at 11:26 a.m. on Nov. 20 on stalking, violation of a protective order-domestic violence, two simple assault, and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on Richmond Drive. Jesse L. Cleasby, 35, of Concord was arrested at 11:03 a.m. on Nov. 20 on stalking-domestic violence and breach of bail charges after an incident at Ocean State Job Lot on D'Amante Drive. Mary E. Bridges, born 1982, of Concord was arrested at 2:56 a.m. on Nov. 20 on driving under the influence and conduct after an accident charges. She was arrested after an incident on Bow Street. Patrick Stephen Walsh, born 1959, of Concord received a summons on an alcohol possession charge in Bicentennial Square at 1:27 a.m. on Nov. 20. Jodi A. Potter, born 1971, of Concord received a summons at 5:08 p.m. on Nov. 19 on a warrant after an incident near 60 D'Amante Drive. Joshua A. Waters, 32, of Boscawen was arrested at 5:25 p.m. on Nov. 19 on a robbery charge as well as two theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges and a bench warrant. The robbery charge was connected to an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street while the theft charges were connected to two incidents at the CVS on Hall Street. Waters is facing two felony drug charges after an incident in Boscawen in October. He was found guilty in superior court in August on assault and resisting arrest charges. John Lopez, born 1948, of Wolfeboro was arrested at 12:44 p.m. on Nov. 19 on two theft by unauthorized taking charges after incidents at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Fort Eddy Road. Randall A. Hamilton Jr., 30, of Fremont was arrested at 1:14 a.m. on Nov. 19 on driving under the influence, possession of a controlled drug, breach of bail, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, and two breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on North State Street. Hamilton has an active felony theft and resisting case out of Concord from August in superior court and an active drug possession and transport case out of Manchester from Nov. 2.
