Description

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is attempting to locate a woman accused of drug dealing and possession who has active warrants in two counties. Meghan Elizabeth Donnelly is 29, about 5 feet and an inch tall while weighing 110 lbs. She has blue eyes and light brown hair, according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal. The two warrants were issued in March and December. "The first (warrant) was issued by Strafford County for failing to appear on a charge of possession with intent to distribute controlled drugs," White said. "The second warrant was recently issued by Carroll County for failing to appear on a drug possession charge." Donnelly was last known to reside in Wakefield where she has family, friends, and associates, he added. Anyone who knows where Donnelly is or sees anyone who looks like her should contact the task force at 603-225-1632 or call local police, who have also been informed about her fugitive status. Donnelly was accused of two counts of controlled drug: acts prohibited and falsifying physical evidence, all felonies, in November 2019 in Wakefield. She was arraigned on the charges in February with her attorney making a motion to suppress in August but Donnelly failed to appear in court in September. In June 2019, she was charged with obstructing government administration-falsifying physical evidence and driving after revocation or suspension in Rochester. She was slated to offer a plea to the charges but then failed to appear in February and March. Back in November 2014, she was charged with felony acts prohibited and possession in Wakefield and pleaded guilty to possession-sale of a narcotic drug in May 2015. Another charge was nolle prossed. In December 2015, after an incident in Rochester, Donnelly was charged with three counts of controlled drug: acts prohibited, conspiracy to commit, two possession-sale of a narcotic drug, two controlled drug-marijuana or hash-sale, etc. as well as endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent, driving under the influence, and a failure to use a required turn signal and lane control violations. She pleaded guilty to DUI, possession, and the endangerment charge. About 18 months later, she pleaded guilty to violation of probation or parole. In July 2019, the charges were reopened based on another violation of parole or probation accusation. In March, she failed to appear in court again, according to court documents. In March 2016, she was arrested in Wakefield on heroin and cocaine possession as well as three acts prohibited charges during two separate incidents but after five months the charges were dropped or nolle prossed.
