Junk King Baltimore is looking to grow its team with additional hardworking drivers and non-drivers We operate Monday - Saturday providing an opportunity for flexible schedules with customizable days off. Junk King Drivers typically make between $17 - $24 hourly and General Labor team mates make between $15 - $20 hourly. Plus we are offering a $250 signing bonus opportunity if you start in March. If your interested in Part-time work we can offer a flexible schedule operating between 2 - 3 days a week. JOB SUMMARY Junk Removal: Lifting and removal of junk (i.e. couch, mattress, appliances, yard waste, etc.) from business, residential, and government sites Customer Service: Treat every customer with exceptional service, communication and attitude Truck Operations: Safely operate the Junk King trucks at all times. Make sure daily inspections are performed. Marketing and Brand: Working to build and maintain the Junk King brand and image. Ensure that there are enough materials on the truck for marketing drop offs and up sells. Time Management: Be able to make logistical decisions within the provided daily schedule (when to dispose, how to best complete a job, how to market during downtime) Sales: Educate clients about pricing and services and the benefit to them prior to giving an estimate and ensuring a positive experience. Be able to confidently price jobs aggressively to meet or exceed targets/goals Advancement: Career training and advancement available over time. QUALIFICATIONS Strong customer service/people skills Management/Leadership experience a plus Must be able to problem solve on the job Excellent communication skills Ability to lift 75 lbs Preference for working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work without direct supervision FOR DRIVERS - Drivers License: Must be 25 years of age with a valid drivers license, clean driving record, and zero points. (CDL not required)
