Rehoming older dog to good home

Hello, I find myself in a very awkward position. I’m having to rehome or I’m looking to rehome if I find a good place my 14-year-old black lab great Dane mix pictures are attached. She’s used to being in the yard where she can run around or be out in the sun for the past several years she’s been cooped up in an apartment. And she still will be unfortunately due to my situation. Because of that I think she’s got some arthritis in her legs but she still loves the outdoors. I have to move back to California I came out here to take care of my mother brought the dog with me my mom has since passed but I need to go back and put her in another small apartment which I don’t think is fair. Please call me if you think you would be interested in the situation and we can go from there thank you.
