Handyman needed: build shelves, doghouse, other

We have a number of things we need done starting with building another set of shelves in our basement similar to what you see in the picture but also: > install dimmer switches and a couple of light fixtures > build a doghouse > install window shades ...and other Please quote an HOURLY rate in your response, please, along with a bit of detail about your experience. We have a lot of little tasks and I am not interested in having people come by to assess them and give us a "flat rate."
