Looking for a self motivated general laborer to do light construction/maintenance on multiple owned properties. Most tools/equipment provided. On going gig with at least 1 year of work-renewed with monthly contract. -painting -interior/exterior -general maintenance - light Contruction (repair/renovation interior and exterior) -light electrical/plumbing - dry wall - flooring -basic automotive maintenance -landscaping /fencing/ deck/garden -property maintenance- snow removal/lawn care -clean up/organizing/inventory present supplies -occasional property/animal supervision -other duties as needed Must be self motivated and flexible. Ideal for someone semi-retired who is looking for a low stress gig or a very motivated and self taught Do it yourselfer tired of high pace high stress work. Reasonable expectations and flexible schedule. Limited direct supervision. Will meet monthly to determine primary project focus and determine project needs. Private housing provided. Expected work hours are 30-40 hours per week- but may vary depending on project focus. Drug testing and drivers License required to operate company vehicle. Immigrant /non-US worker OK with legal papers to work in US- however must have some English skill. Fastest response is text to 785-543-4 six six one. Will do phone interview- followed by in person and skills evaluation interview for right candidate. Position open till filled. I will never ask you to do something I would not do- however time constraints prevent me from being able to do these projects at this time. $500 sign on/relocation bonus upon hire. Essentially- this is a personal project assistant to a very busy executive with an active family. Your primary job is to help make make life easier and accomplish the duties and jobs I don’t have time to do. Some moderate jobs- but many projects that just need someone with the time, energy, and experience to get things done. Ideal candidate will be able to walk through the property and identify the work that needs to be done, present the plan, and get started doing it.
