Real estate broker / property manager looking for preferably licensed agents/brokers to open doors for pre-screened showings. Any and all in person showings we schedule typically have an extremely high rate of closing due to quality of the units and in depth discussion with potential renters. We - advertise our units, place keys/lockboxes at all properties, show clients videos, discuss all applicable details and schedule showings.100% of coordination. 100% of the paperwork. You- Open the door, get paid a negotiated portion of the commission if the deal closes.. If the deal does not close you are welcome to show the clients other units with no obligation to us.
