Description

1. Assist customers in loading, unloading equipment 2. Responsible for obtaining customer data, signature / initials on highland inspection form. Communicate to customer the condition of equipment going out. 3. Responsible for inspecting exterior condition of equipment upon return from customer, making notes of any issues or unusual damage for technician to address. Communicating to customer and front desk condition upon return prior to customer finalizing transaction return. 4. Cleaning and preparing equipment after return per Highland’s posted guidelines. 5. Fuel equipment after return 6. Check tire condition and pressure, document and report issues for technician to address 7. Blow out air filter after each return 8. Check oil level after each return, add oil when needed 9. Check zerks after each rental add when needed 10. Responsible for keeping yard neat and tidy 11. Delivery of equipment 12. Set up of any party rentals as needed 13. Assist with moving equipment to and from yard and shop each morning and end of day. 14. Assist in securing yard at end of day to include moving of concrete barriers 15. Assist customers at front desk when needed or when scheduled 16. Assist with answering phone as needed 17. Report / document any repair items needed for any equipment
