Guitarist/singer here looking for Des Moines-area bluegrass pickers who want to get together for jam sessions. As far as I can tell, Des Moines has no established, ongoing open jam, so I'm trying to get connected with like-minded folks out there. Personal taste is for bluegrass in the vein of The Bluegrass Album Band, John Hartford, Hot Rize, Jim & Jesse, the Stanley Brothers, etc. But I'm plenty open minded. Let's pick, and maybe even drink a beer or two!
