My moms dog got out yesterday by Portland street and ran down the railroad tracks towards KU and Spring St and Am Track. She’s a very small chihuahua and only weighs about three pounds. She’s tan and white and has a small tan spot on her left thigh by her butt that looks like a heart. She’s very skittish and scared of new people. If you have any information please text me. My mom is ordering a $300 REWARD for her safe return. No questions asked.
