Looking to rent a retail space

I would really like to open an indoor rc track (for rc drift cars) and retail store. I can't afford the mall or any thing else I'm seeing online. Does anyone have any advice or recommendations for opening this kind of place in Olympia area? I can afford the inventory to get it open but can't find a building. Doesn't need to be a great spot but needs to be legal for retail as I'd like to grow the business. Thanks for any ideas
