We are looking for an efficient and reliable person with residential construction experience who is looking to learn and grow with our real estate restoration team. Organizational skills, reliability, and motivation are a must. **All levels of experience will be considered. Pay based on experience** Responsibilities *Ready the construction site each day for the current project by preparing materials, tools, and equipment *Assist tradesmen as well as work independently on construction projects *Have an understanding of carpentry, drywall, and painting skills at minimum *Tile, flooring, cabinet installation, door/window installation, plumbing, hvac and electrical experience will be paid a premium. *Apply new project instructions for each job and make adjustments as directed by the construction manager or supervisor *Maintain a brisk and productive pace of activities to complete all assigned tasks within time constraints Requirements: *Proven experience as a construction worker *Familiarity with hand tools such as power drills, hammers, and saws *Ability to perform repetitive actions using your hands, arms, wrists, fingers, legs, or other body partsAbility to work well with a team of subcontractors and a supervisor *Able to read instructions and blueprints when needed
