We found this sweet little guy by the railroad tracks on 24th ST near Kum & Go in Rogers. He is safe now! He had on both a collar and flea collar but neither had any source of identification. He's a old-timer and I don't think he can see or hear very well. If this is your dog please call . PROOF OF OWNERSHIP REQUIRED. Let's find this baby his owners!!
