Backyard/front yard Cleanup

I would like to tidy up my backyard for guests arriving tomorrow afternoon. 1. Power wash the pool deck 2. Power wash the gutter, about 40 linear feet (without soaking the entire patio) 3. mulch around the entire perimeter of the back yard, 40 bags of mulch, can be spread thin just for color 4. remove leaves from the pool, pool guy was here but wind and rain yesterday left it with lots of leaves. 5. bag or remove all the leaves front and back yard, lots of oak leaves in the front. 6. sweep or blow off the back patio. I would like the work done today between 2 and 6 and tomorrow between 8:30 am and 12:30. I have pool brush and net, and power washer. You would need to bring the mulch.
