About Us: Public Notary Services is a nationwide notary company that offers online and in person / mobile notarizations to our clients. We are looking for notaries in the DFW area to help us with our overflow notary needs. This can turn into a long-term fulltime position down the road. This will be a remote positions so you will be able to work from home. You will be handling clients that need mobile and online notarizations. We can only work with 1 notary per zip code at this time. Work Description: If you are brought on as a team member your day will look like the following: -Check emails periodically to see if new clients request a notarization -Receive phone calls and text message for clients needing documents notarized -Conduct online notary sessions with clients in need of online notarization -Meet clients in person that are looking for a mobile notary What We're Looking For: Must be a registered Notary in the State of Texas Must be a registered Online Notary (RON) in the State of Texas (We can help you become one if you aren't one) 1+ years of notary experience - preferred Experience using DocVerify - preferred Self-starter mentality Custom service experience Ability to take full ownership of a pipeline Handling multiple concurrent deal cycles Benefits of Working With Us: You make your own schedule You decide how much business you want You choose how much money you want to make Annual company bonuses No Exclusivity Contracts - (You can continue working with other notary companies) Pay: $5 per online notarization $5 per in person notarization $20 per mobile notarization How much do you really make? Notarizing a document take roughly 10 minutes depending on your experience level. That means you could potentially make upwards of $20-$40 per hour, though handling times will vary on a meeting-by-meeting basis. Mobile notaries can make more depending on the time it takes to meet the client.
