I have a male cockatiel (pale cheek mutation) whos tame and does “talk” he loves saying his name, hes a good boy, Wolf whistles and sings disney channels songs on his own terms. He is skittish with new hands but will step up. Bought him to breed with my female but after a year has no interest being a breeder hes definitely a pet quality only (born 2018) Great health.
