We are looking for a reliable Handyman to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at Residential and Commercial premises. We’ll rely on you to perform work at Clients premises doing various jobs. Deft hands and technical knowledge are important parts of a handyman’s arsenal. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. Must be able to work well with others. Responsibilities • Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting, etc. • Perform service, maintenance, and repairs • Drywall, patch, prime, and paint. • Light electrical, change outlets, switches replace lights, etc. • Installation Fixtures, fittings. (e.g., build cabinets, install doors) • Light Plumbing, replace WCs, Faucets, sinks, etc. • Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing, drywall installation and repairs or HVAC repairs • Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks help clean up after leaks, etc. • Identify and report the need for further required repairs, list materials, and tools that may be needed. • Fencing • Concrete Patch • Demo Skills • Proven experience as a handyman (references required) • Experience with hand tools and power tools. • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems a plus. • Basic math skills • Good communication ability • Well-organized and apt in problem-solving • Attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent a plus • Hand tools a plus • Good reliable transport • Ability to lead, layout, and aid trainees a plus Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour Schedule: • 8-hour shift • Day and Evening shifts • Monday to Friday • Overtime • Weekend availability Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: • Handyman: 2 years (Preferred) Language: • English (Preferred) bilingual a plus License/Certification: • Active Driver's License (Preferred) Willingness to travel: Carpool with fellow employees when possible. Work Location: Multiple Locations. LA, San Bernardino. 75% work located around Corona. Covid-19 Vaccinations are a plus but not required.
